Few days in Woodgate July 14-18.2020

Our plans to go across the Simpson Desert were put on the back burner due to COVID 19. We then decided we would do a quick trip to Victoria to visit family but Covid struck again. So we are having 4 nights at the Woodgate caravan park.
Thursday :

Sunset as we waited for the courtesy bus to the pub.

Friday:
Early morning walk

A children's garden at the caravan park.
Wendy's mum and dad came for the night and cooked us all a fabulous meal.
Wendy's brilliant photography skills.
Saturday:
Early morning on the beach.

Went for a 10km ride.
Delicious pumpkin and spinach quiche with salad for lunch.
 5km beach walk.

Brahimny kite

Sunday:
The sunrise was spectacular again.

We walked for 6kms through the National Park, which is recovering from a bushfire earlier this year.
A restful afternoon before having dinner together in the camp kitchen.
