Few days in Woodgate July 14-18.2020

Our plans to go across the Simpson Desert were put on the back burner due to COVID 19. We then decided we would do a quick trip to Victoria to visit family but Covid struck again. So we are having 4 nights at the Woodgate caravan park.
Thursday :


Sunset as we waited for the courtesy bus to the pub.



Friday:
Early morning walk

A children's garden at the caravan park.
Wendy's mum and dad came for the night and cooked us all a fabulous meal.

Saturday:
Early morning on the beach.

Went for a 10km ride.
 Delicious pumpkin and spinach quiche with salad for lunch.
 5km beach walk.

Sunday:
The sunrise was spectacular again.

 We walked for 6kms through the National Park, which is recovering from a bushfire earlier this year.
A restful afternoon before having dinner together in the camp kitchen.

2nd week of the holidays.

Our 2 grand daughters and our daughter Sarah and her fur baby visit for the week.

3 grandchildren come to stay

Seth came home with me for a holiday. Millie and Haylee joined us for the week as it was school holidays.

Sunday saw lots of bike riding and lego building.  Melissa and Sarah brought Millie and Haylee over for a visit.










A week on the Goldcoast

Arrived home from a week camping then left to go down to Rachel's to look after the boys while she went to work. We went to a couple of parks.
